🏞️ Villa Gaia - An Eagle's Nest with Breathtaking View of Lake Maggiore
Like an eagle's nest perched above the lake, Villa Gaia rises on a purposely levelled rock, in perfect lakeside style. Built at the end of the 900s and completed in the early 2000s, this villa perfectly blends with the surrounding landscape. The rock obtained from the levelling works was used to cover the external walls and colonnade, creating a perfect symbiosis between architecture and nature.
Every detail has been carefully crafted to enhance the natural beauty and comfort of the spaces.
🏡 The Villa
The villa extends over an area of approximately 400 sq m. The living area consists of:
Spacious living room with direct access to the terrace.
Well-equipped and spacious kitchen.
Covered and verandah terrace with protective glass, furnished with table, chairs, sofas and armchairs.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Large room with 2 single beds that can be joined and 1 single sofa bed + Guest bathroom.
From the living room, one can access the mezzanine via an exposed wooden staircase.

The night area is located at garden level, with all rooms directly overlooking the portico and the marvellous view of the Borromean Islands.

The external park extends over an area of over 5000 sq m, terraced and connected by steps and cobblestone paths. The terraces are planted with:
