Catering/chef service available upon request.
Crib subject to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Security deposit guaranteed by credit card, whose details will be registered at check-in or requested through messaging in advance.

The guest house is a small villa of about 130 square meters, accessed through a fun stone staircase, preserved from the original structure. The view spans the entire Borromeo Gulf, the surrounding mountains, and the Fondotoce Nature Reserve. Terraces equipped with tables, chairs, loungers, and umbrellas, stone balconies, and meticulously maintained gardens enhance the property. The house on the first floor consists of a living room, dining room with a kitchenette, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms, two of which are double rooms. On the lower floor, there is a children's play area and a relaxation area with a bar, foosball table, and pinball machine. The entire house is furnished with antique furniture and artistic artifacts, the exposed beam roof and original floors give the dwelling a timeless atmosphere. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. At the Foresteria, there is a private parking available for 2/3 cars. Pets are accepted and welcome upon request.
