The Foresteria is a fascinating small villa of approximately 130 sq m, which is reached through a fun stone staircase, preserved from the original structure. The property offers a breathtaking view of the entire Borromeo Gulf, the surrounding mountains and the Fondotoce Nature Reserve.

The guest quarters are divided over two floors, with spaces furnished with period furniture and original finishes that create an atmosphere of times gone by.
First floor:
Bright living room.
Dining room with kitchen area.
Two bathrooms.
Three bedrooms, two of which are double rooms.

Lower floor:
Children's play area.
Relaxation area with bar, table football and pinball.

- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
