The villa rises on the heights of Verbania Suna, at an altitude of 200 m from the lake.
It is characterised by its unique position, which allows the guest to admire a breathtaking landscape from every corner of the garden and the house. The villa is equipped with high-quality finishes and offers total tranquillity.
In the garden of the manor house, there is also a swimming pool, from which it is possible to admire the scenic beauty of the Borromean Islands.
Villa "Romantic Nido" is an annex of the manor house, with an area of approximately 80 sq m on two levels:
On the ground floor: a spacious living room with lake view, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, and partly exclusive garden.
On the first floor: entrance hall with a single bed, double bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub accessible from the bedroom, equipped terrace with a table, chairs and parasol, with lake view.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people:
2 people in the double bedroom.
1 person in the area adjacent to the master bedroom.
The fireplace present in the photos is purely decorative.
🐕 Animals:
1 small/medium-sized dog (max 15 kg) will be admitted upon request and only after approval. The extra cost is 10 euros per night. Cats are not accepted in this facility.
🍴 Extra services on request:
Catering/chef service available.
🍼 Cot available on request at a cost of 10 pounds per night.
💳 Deposit guaranteed by credit card, the details of which will be registered at check-in or requested via messaging in advance.
💸 Accommodation tax to be paid upon check-in.
