The villa stands on the ruins of an ancient farmhouse dating back to 1800, and some wall remains incorporated into the recent construction recall the ancient structure. The villa is located in a quiet and sunny area, ideal for those seeking a relaxing yet exclusive holiday.

The renovated villa developed over an area of 200 sq m.
Zone Day
A cosy living room.
A dining room, both with a very large glass wall that offers an extraordinary view of the lake.
The fireplace in the dining room creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Night Zone
On the raised ground floor, we find the first bedroom with a private bathroom, equipped with a large window that allows you to admire the panorama even while lying in bed.
On the first floor, there is the second night area, consisting of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.
Kitchen and Bathrooms
The kitchen is located near the dining room, slightly raised and adjacent to a shower room.
🌳 Exterior and Comfort
The exterior is furnished with tables, chairs, barbecue and loungers, to fully enjoy the surrounding landscape and tranquillity.
🔥 The fireplace present in the photos is purely decorative.
🍽 Extra Services
Catering/chef service available upon request.
🍼 Cot subject to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
💳 Deposit guaranteed by credit card, the details of which will be registered at check-in or requested via messaging in advance.

- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
