🏠 Internal Description
This magnificent property (over 400 sq m) is spread over 3 floors, with the last one being an attic, and can accommodate up to 16 people. It consists of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Villa Angela was completely renovated in 2012, respecting the original style of the house and choosing furnishings with taste and attention to detail.
Ground floor:
Guests are welcomed by a wide and extremely bright entrance that opens onto a small living room composed of comfortable armchairs and a small table, as well as a satellite TV. The living room is located inside a wonderful bay window, which offers an extraordinary panorama, creating an environment full of light and charm, ideal for conversing, relaxing or reading the many interesting volumes in the well-stocked library.
Continuing, you reach the living room, with an angular sofa around a splendid fireplace (non-functioning) and a large satellite flat TV with a wide choice of programmes in numerous languages.
This large living area is characterised by windows all oriented towards the lake and the garden and ends in another bay window that hosts an elegant dining room with a 16-seater table.
The floor is completed by an enormous kitchen, also accessible from the garden, with a delightful breakfast corner. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a lovely laundry area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On this floor there is also a convenient service bathroom.
First floor:
Here we find 4 bedrooms:
1 matrimonial room with a king-size bed, bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a terrace with a lake view and view of Isola dei Pescatori.
2 rooms with 2 single beds each, which can be combined into a king-size matrimonial bed, with a shared bathroom characterised by a spacious shower and garden view. One of these rooms enjoys an immense terrace with lake view and Fishermen's Island.
1 room with two single beds, convertible into a large king-size double bed, equipped with its own bathroom with a spacious shower and garden view window.
Second Floor (Attic):
A comfortable staircase leads to the second-floor attic, which houses:
1 double room with a king-size bed.
1 additional double bedroom (with divisible beds).
Both rooms share a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool bath and panoramic window with lake view and Fishermen's Island.
The remaining space is occupied by a large open-space quadruple room with two single beds (combinable into a king-size bed) and two other single beds. It has a bathroom with a large shower and garden view.
