5 bedrooms, 4 of which are double rooms and one quadruple room for a total of 12 sleeping places
3 bathrooms with shower
1 living area with sofa
1 dining area with American kitchen and large dining table.
From every room of the villa, it is possible to admire a splendid lake view of the Borromean Islands
The living room opens onto a terrace equipped with table and chairs that in turn descends into a large garden with an infinity pool.
The villa is spread over 3 levels with internal stairs connecting the bedroom floors located at garden level and on the upper floor, with the day area located on the ground floor.
The villa's parking is on the street 200 mt away, however, there is the possibility of arriving by car near the Villa only for luggage loading and unloading operations
Villa Adelaide is an exclusive location for those who want to spend a quiet holiday period but just a few steps away from everything.
No party and no smoking inside the villa.
The fireplace shown in the photos is purely decorative.
Catering/chef service available upon request.
Cot subject to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Deposit guaranteed by credit card whose details will be registered at check-in or requested through messaging in advance.
Tourist tax to be paid at check-in.

- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
