The two-storey house offers the tourist ample space and comfort to spend a holiday in total relaxation and tranquillity.
The house is composed as follows:
1 floor living area with open kitchen and bathroom with shower, balcony
2 floor double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with Jacuzzi, 2 balconies
To complete the property 1 double garage perfect for accommodating 2 cars or 1 car and bicycles
The house is suitable for families with children or couples of friends
Well-behaved animals are welcome
1 dog of small/medium size (max 15Kg) will be allowed by previous request and only after approval. The cost for the dog is 5 euro per night. This structure does not accomodate cats.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
City tax to be paid at check in.
Invoice available on request (application must be sent 10 days before check in (after this deadline it will not be taken in consideration).
