Description
The guest house is a small villa of about 130 square meters, accessed through a fun stone staircase, preserved from the original structure. The view spans the entire Borromeo Gulf, the surrounding mountains, and the Fondotoce Nature Reserve.
Terraces equipped with tables, chairs, loungers, and umbrellas, stone balconies, and meticulously maintained gardens enhance the property.
The house on the first floor consists of a living room, dining room with a kitchenette, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms, two of which are double rooms. On the lower floor, there is a children's play area and a relaxation area with a bar, foosball table, and pinball machine.
The entire house is furnished with antique furniture and artistic artifacts, the exposed beam roof and original floors give the dwelling a timeless atmosphere.
The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.
At the Foresteria, there is a private parking available for 2/3 cars.
Pets are accepted and welcome upon request.
The fireplace present in the photos is purely for decorative purposes.
Catering/chef service available upon request.
Crib subject to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Security deposit guaranteed by credit card, whose details will be registered at check-in or requested through messaging in advance.
The accommodation tax to be paid at check-in.
Invoice available upon request (the request must be sent 10 days before check-in (beyond this term it will not be considered)).
Check-in is performed from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In case of check-in after 8:00 PM (previously agreed) a supplement will be applied to be paid in cash at the time of check-in as follows:

after 11:00 PM - 50 euros

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.

- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
