Rosa & Mario Lake House is a typical lake house.
The spaces in the flat are bright and spacious, the furnishings are simple and functional. Everything in this flat is reminiscent of the typical houses in the historic centre of Pallanza (2nd floor, there is no elevator).
Its location 30 meters far from the lake and from restaurants and bars,it is makes an interesting location for those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday a few steps from the main tourist attractions.
The checkin is done with Keybox
Possibility of loading and unloading in front of the flat
Free parking at 100 mt from the flat.
1 dog of small/medium size (max 15Kg) will be allowed by previous request and only after approval. The cost for the dog is 5 euro per night. This structure does not accomodate cats.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
