The fully air conditioned Tommaso Penthouse is located on the 3rd floor of a beautifully restored historical italian building, completed in May 2018.
It has been furnished with taste and elegance, attention to detail and total comfort. The two-room penthouse of about 35 square meters is composed as follows:
kitchen with dining and living space, SAT TV, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
In the inner courtyard 1 parking space.
The Tommaso Penthouse can accommodate up to 2 people plus an infant in a baby cot.
For large families or small groups of friends it is possible to additionally rent the Federico Penthouse (6 beds & lakeview terrace) located on the same floor as the Tommaso Penthouse, then for up to 8 guests.
For its unique location, we recommend this Penthouse for families or friends who like to spend a holiday in an relax and quiet atmosphere with all amenities within 2 minutes walking: beaches, bars, cafes and restaurants. Also small shops for all daily neccesities are in same distance to reach.
For large families or small groups of friends, it is also possible to rent the Federico penthouse (6 beds and south-facing terrace with lake view), which is located on the lower floor of the Tommaso penthouse and can be connected by opening an internal door; the two flats can thus accommodate a total of 8 people.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
City tax to be paid at check in.
Invoice available on request (application must be sent 10 days before check in (after this deadline it will not be taken in consideration).
Check in is done starting from 3pm till 8 pm.
In case of late check in ( previously planned) will be applied an extra charge to pay cash at check in as follow:
from 8pm to 11pm: 30 euro
after 11pm: 50 euro
