Tommaso's apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful residential building, completed in May 2018. It is furnished with taste and elegance, with attention to detail and total comfort, including air conditioning.
Two-room apartment of approximately 35 sqm composed as follows:
Livable kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom with shower, 1 parking space in the inner courtyard.
Tommaso's apartment can accommodate up to 2 people, and a crib can be added if needed.
For its location, the attention to detail and its characteristics, we recommend this apartment for couples who enjoy spending a vacation in relaxation and tranquility in a facility equipped with all comforts, just a few steps away from beaches, bars, and restaurants.
For large families or small groups of friends, it is possible to rent the Federico attic (6 sleeping places and a south-facing terrace with lake view), which is located on the floor below the Tommaso attic and can be connected by opening an internal door; the two apartments can therefore accommodate a total of 8 people.
Access to the apartment is via a box containing keys.
Catering/chef service is available upon request.
Crib subject to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Security deposit guaranteed by credit card, whose details will be registered at check-in or requested through messaging in advance.
