The apartment is located in the same building as Olga apartment (max guest persons 3) and Giò house vintage style apartment (maximum 4/5 guest persons) and can be booked either individually or together with the other apartments.
Living the island after sunset is an unique experience that will remain in your hearts especially when the last boats leave the pier, the shops close their shutters and tourists retire to the mainland.
The island can only be reached by boat, it is not allowed to land
On the top floor of a typical island building is located this beautiful penthouse on 2 levels with a breathtaking lake view.
L'Appartamento sul tetto takes its name from its location and the view that sweeps over the houses roofs and the lake.
It consists of:
1 kitchen
1 double bedroom
1 bedroom with bunk bed
1 studio with double sofa bed
1 toilet
1 bathroom with bathtub
There is an unmissable terrace of 25 square meters overlooking the rooftops and the lake, equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs.
Due to its location it is one of the few buildings that offers a 360-degree lake view, towards Stresa and Verbania.
The fireplace shown in the photo is exclusively for decorative purposes.
1 dog of small/medium size (max 15Kg) will be allowed by previous request and only after approval. The cost for the dog is 10 euro per night. This structure does not accomodate cats.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
City tax to be paid at check in.
Invoice available on request (application must be sent 10 days before check in (after this deadline it will not be taken in consideration).
