The Mimosa flat offers the tourist peace and quiet and comfort.
The use of the garden, which is shared in part with the owner, and the possibility of enjoying outdoor spaces in total privacy allows the tourist to enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquillity,
The flat on the ground floor of the Villa consists of:
1 large living area with open kitchen and double sofa bed
1 double bedroom
1 bathroom with shower
private indoor parking space
garden and veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining
The owner has 2 dogs that share the outdoor space so it is important not to be afraid of animals.
The flat is ideal for families or 2 couples of friends who want to spend a holiday on Lake Orta a few steps from the Tourist Centre
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
City tax to be paid at check in.
