Suitable for couples or families with 1 child
1 dog of small/medium size (max 10Kg) will be allowed by previous request and only after approval. The cost for the dog is 5 euro per night. This structure does not accomodate cats.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
City tax should be paid within 24 hours form check in at the Tourist Information Office ( via Loncavalo 24, next to the apartment Fidanza).
There is a parking located near the apartment, it is possibile to buy a subscription at the city hall behind the apartment, the price is more or less 25/30 chf x day.
