Villa Esperia
Bought in the 2010 by new owners, the Foresteria and the Villa has been brought back to their beauty, mainteining the antique atmosphere but adding to the properties all the modern conforts.
The Foresteria, is a small villa approximately 150 square meters, whose access you will reach by a old stone staircase, as old as the Villa. From the windows of the Foresteria you can admire the beauty of the Borromeo Gulf and the natural reserve of Fondotoce.
On the terraces you will find tables, chairs, sunchairs and parasols for your relaxing time, all the balconies and small gardens are adorned with seasonal flowers.
Entering the Foresteria there is a large sitting room, a dining room with a kitchen area, three bedrooms (two are suite double rooms with bathroom ), for a total of three bedrooms and two bathroom..
Downstairs there is a large relax area , it can be room for children to play, a nice corner with a bar where you can relax with a drink and a beautiful terrace with shower outside, .
The Foresteria is furnished with antique furniture, and artistic objects and paintings. You can admire the original beam roof.
There is the possibility to park two cars.
Your pets are more then welcome.
The Foresteria has its own allarm system.
This property offers a fully staffed and catered, with an Italian regional personal chef, English, French, German, Spanish speaking.
What’s make the real differences, that we are offering a 360° organic food service, getting local farmers food, totally locally sourced into the Piedmont regional zone.
All the cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables, milk, butter, honey, hams, yogurt, hand made fresh pastas, wines, artisan, ice-cream, cakes and even waters are coming from our living area, with an attentive selection of what’s best is offered.
Our personal chef will be carrying the local organic food to be cooked at the guests house in according to our guest request.
We will take care of whole service at home.
